Freelancers and small businesses
Price a job with a quote or an estimate, or send a proforma invoice before you ship. When the customer says yes, turn it into an invoice in one click — the details carry over. Once you are paid, turn the invoice into a receipt. If a customer has several open invoices, a statement of account lists them all and shows how much is overdue.
Landlords and property managers
Give tenants a rent receipt with the period covered, the amount paid and how it was paid. When a tenant moves in or out mid-month, the rent proration calculator works out the partial rent by days in the month, days in the year or a 30-day month.

Made for where you work
Every template has a region setting: United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia. The region sets the currency, the date format, the name of the tax (sales tax, VAT, GST or GST/HST) and the paper size — US Letter for the United States and Canada, A4 everywhere else. If you are registered for VAT or GST, the invoice adds the details a tax invoice needs.

Is it really free?
Yes. Every template and calculator is free to use, with no sign-up and no watermark on the PDF.
Where are my documents stored?
In your own browser. What you type is never uploaded to us. Downloaded PDFs are listed in My Documents on the same device and browser, so clearing your browser data removes them.
Do I need an account?
No. Your business details are remembered in your browser, so the next document starts filled in.
Can I turn a quote into an invoice?
Yes. Quotes, estimates and proforma invoices can be turned into an invoice, and an invoice can be turned into a receipt or added to a statement of account. The customer and line items carry over.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. The templates follow guidance from tax agencies and labor departments, but they are general tools. If your situation is unusual, check with an accountant or lawyer.
